Community Conversation at YogaSkills Kemetic Yoga Studio Bronzeville

FREE community conversation about selfcare and 30 minute yoga class. Speakers include therapist April Threatt with Sista Afya Community Mental Wellness, Dr. Jasmine James, a community mental health specialist and master yoga instructor  Yirser Ra Hotep.
