Washington, DC – Planned Parenthood Action Fund released the following statement regarding the primaries in West Virginia and Nebraska:

Statement from Dawn Laguens, Executive Vice President of Planned Parenthood Action Fund:

“The American people cannot trust Donald Trump. Donald Trump promises to cut women off from birth control and lifesaving cancer screenings at Planned Parenthood health centers. Trump has also advocated for banning abortion, going as far to say both that he'd punish women and doctors for accessing or providing safe, legal abortion. And he is dividing this country, spouting hateful rhetoric about immigrants, Muslims, and anyone who disagrees with him.

"We need a president who will stand up and fight back against the all-out attack on women's access to reproductive health and rights in this country. Donald Trump will never be that president."
