MIFEPRISTONE SAFE
(for now)!

June 13, 2024: The U.S. Supreme Court has MAINTAINED ACCESS to mifepristone, a safe and effective medication commonly used in abortion and miscarriage care. This is good news for now. It means that for patients seeking medication abortion, mifepristone remains accessible in states where abortion is legal.  But the case will be sent back down to the federal district court and could continue.

As we approach the second anniversary of the Supreme Court overturning our constitutional right to abortion, it is important to remember that millions of people in states with abortion bans do not have access to abortion care. This fight is not over.

WE DEMAND BANS OFF OUR BODIES!

Nearly 80% of Americans believe abortion decisions should be made by a patient and doctor — not the government. Yet states across the country continue to take away our right to control our own bodies. It’s time to reclaim our future, reclaim our health care decisions, and demand the rights we want.
