In today’s Quickie: Senate confirms President Biden’s 200th+ judicial nomination. 

THEY’RE CONFIRMING JUDGES, HONEY: SENATE SURPASSES 200 JUDGE CONFIRMATION MILESTONE UNDER THE BIDEN ADMIN: Yesterday, the Senate confirmed President Joe Biden’s 200th+ judicial nomination, a major milestone deserving of a HECK YES. Of the 200+ judges confirmed, over 60% are women (including Planned Parenthood alum Nicole Berner and reproductive rights lawyer Julie Rikelman) and nearly 40% are women of color - including the first Black woman on the Supreme Court, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.
